Privacy — Foldline

Foldline (“we”) is a library of design prompts for AI coding agents, run from Indonesia. We collect as little as we can, and we never sell your data. This page explains what we keep and why.

What we collect

Your email address, when you sign up for new-design emails or sign in. Sign-in works with a one-time code sent to your email; there is no password.
What you do with your account: the designs you copy (with the prompt version and the date) and the designs you like. You can see both on your Account page.
View counts. Your browser remembers, in its local storage, which designs it has counted today, so a view is counted once per day. To stop inflated counts, we also count views per network using a one-way code made from your IP address; the address itself is not stored.
Visit statistics. Our host counts page views and how fast pages load, without cookies and without following you to other sites. It doesn’t run for visitors in the EU.
Security signals. The sign-in and contact forms use a bot check to tell people from bots, and we limit attempts per network with the same kind of one-way code. These counters are deleted after a day.
Purchases. When you buy a Premium plan we keep the order: which plan, the amount, when it was paid, the payment reference, and when Premium ends. The payment itself is processed by our payment partner, which receives your email to issue the payment; we never see or store your bank or e-wallet details.
Messages you send us through the contact form (your name, email and message), by email to hello@foldline.co, or as a reply to one of our emails.

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookies keep you signed in and tell our pages that you may be signed in.

Why we use it

To sign you in and show your copied and liked designs.
To process Premium purchases, turn Premium on, and keep the records the law asks of a seller.
To send the emails you asked for: one email each time a new design ships. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To answer your questions and feedback.
To keep the site safe from bots and abuse, to count views and likes, and to see which pages people visit and how fast they load.

Who processes it

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run Foldline: for hosting, file storage and visit statistics, our database and sign-in, taking payments, sending emails, and receiving the email you send us. They handle your data on our behalf, only for these purposes, and never to advertise to you.

Some of these providers store data outside Indonesia. If you’d like to know which providers we use, ask us at hello@foldline.co.

How long we keep it

Your account, copy history and likes: until you ask us to delete your account.
Orders and payment records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after an account is deleted.
Your place on the new-design email list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
Messages you send us: as long as needed to help you.
Server logs from our host: a short time, for security and fixing errors.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop using it. Email hello@foldline.co from the address you use with Foldline and we’ll reply within a few working days. To stop our emails, use the unsubscribe link in any of them.

Children

Foldline isn’t meant for children. Please don’t sign up if you are under 16.

Changes

If we change how we handle your data, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. For bigger changes, we’ll also tell people on the new-design email list by email.
